The Late Edward Moringe Sokoine 13th February 1977 - 7th November 1980 23rd February 1983 - 12th April 1984
Mr. Sokoine was born on 1938 in Monduli, Arusha region. He was the 2nd Prime Minister of Tanzania. He was preceded by Mr. Kawawa and succeded by Mr. Msuya. He took studies in Administration, Federal Republic of Germany (1962-1963 ). He Passed away on April 1984 in a tragic car accident.
