A sightseeing boat approaches a whirlpool under the Onaruto Bridge, a suspension bridge connecting Kobe with Naruto and Tokushimain the Shikoku region. The whirlpools are created by the ebb and flow of currentsin Naruto Strait and vortexes can reach up to 20 metersin diameter, swirling at a velocity of 20 kilometers per hour.
